As the popularity of the dish skyrocketed in the recent years, the business experienced a massive demand from hungry customers who are keen to have a bite of this culinary sensation.
To meet the growing demand of both dine-in and takeaway customers, SamSam Chicken realised the need to optimise their kitchen efficiency workflow. The restaurant also started offering other delectable Korean delicacies which meant that challenges in stove space are emerging as cooks became busier with juggling different recipes during peak hours.

SAM also helped the kitchen staff feel less exhausted after their shifts as they do not need to constantly work with deep fryers anymore. They are also able to bring faster service, keeping customers happy.
This robot arm also become a sight to see in the restaurant. They even named the robot SAM to suit their branding. Customers are delighted to see this innovative robot as they dine in an eccentric environment.
